Epoxy-Nanoceramic Composites for 5G Antennas

Epoxy–nanoceramic composites of BiVO4 (BVO), LaNbO4 (LNO), and Li6Mg7Ti3O16 (LMT) were prepared using the solvent mixing method. The ceramic nano-fillers volume fractions (5, 8, 10, 12%). X-ray diffraction (XRD) Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) used to investigate crystal structure size distribution nanoceramics, respectively. dielectric constant loss tangent measured in frequency range (4-8) GHz. measurement technique was waveguide approach via a Vector Network analyzer (VNA). effect fraction fillers on at 5.28 GHz (5G) investigated. This work aims design composite materials for 5G antennas lower cost while maintaining properties antennas. results show that an optimum filler brings their best value. However, epoxy with 5% LMT shows good microwave (dielectric = 2.17 0.011) In addition, epoxy- exceptionally low provides low-cost material antenna. Another aspect reduction is elimination costly troublesome compaction high-temperature sintering process. Furthermore, overcomes disadvantages high brittleness sintered all-ceramic products. As result, potential candidate antenna materials.
